Founding member status is available to the users who purchase a paid subscription during their 30-day trial window. First-come, first-served. Status established at moment of initial payment.
Founding members are locked at $20.00/month for 10 years from their upgrade date. This rate will not increase regardless of future pricing changes.
Each founding member receives a permanent sequential ID at upgrade. Non-transferable.
Status is retained if cancelled and reactivated. Rate and ID fully restored.
Status is permanently forfeited only upon voluntary account deletion.
MMAB may add benefits but will never reduce or eliminate the pricing guarantee in X.2.
You agree not to use MMAB or Alfredo to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its underlying AI systems; to impersonate any person or entity; or to interfere with the platform's operation. MMAB reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this section.
Alfredo is an AI assistant. His responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. MMAB makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability of Alfredo's outputs. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on Alfredo's responses. Alfredo is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice.
MMAB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. MMAB shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
MMAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or any conduct deemed harmful to MMAB, its users, or its systems. Upon termination, access to the service ends immediately. Founding Member status and pricing guarantees are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion per Section X.5.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMAB's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to MMAB in the twelve months preceding the claim. MMAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, regardless of the theory of liability.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of MMAB shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MMAB.
