Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and Survival Reflex LLC regarding your use of the Make My AI Behave service and the Alfredo™ AI assistant. Brief summaries appear at the start of major sections to help you navigate. The summaries do not replace the full text — the full text is what binds you and us.
Our Privacy Policy is a separate document available at makemyaibehave.com/privacy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Survival Reflex LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Make My AI Behave service, including the Alfredo AI assistant, the makemyaibehave.com website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the data.
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not share your account credentials with anyone else, transfer your account, or allow another person to use it. Each account is for a single individual user (or designated entity user).
Summary: $30 per month. Cancel any time. 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
New users receive a 30-day free trial of the Service. No credit card or payment method is required to begin or maintain the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe; if you do not, your access will be limited or suspended without further charge.
Paid subscriptions are $30.00 per month, billed monthly to the payment method you provide. Subscriptions auto-renew each month until you cancel. Pricing is subject to change; current subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before any change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. The 30-day free trial described in Section 4.1 is your opportunity to evaluate the Service before any charge is made. Once a billing period begins, the fee for that period is non-refundable, including for any portion of the period during which you do not use the Service. We do not pro-rate partial months and do not issue refunds for unused time, partial use, or subjective dissatisfaction.
We will refund clear billing errors — duplicate charges or charges occurring after cancellation took effect — when reported to behave@makemyaibehave.com within 30 days of the charge. Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants non-waivable rights, those rights apply notwithstanding this Section.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and to take appropriate action, including immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, recovery of damages, and referral to law enforcement.
Summary: Our property is ours. What you put in is yours. What the AI gives back to you, you can use — but you cannot claim our underlying technology.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, branding (including "Make My AI Behave" and "Alfredo"), persona architectures, system prompts, memory frameworks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
Content you submit to the Service ("User Input") remains your property. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, display, and process User Input solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your User Input to train AI models for the benefit of other users without your consent.
Content generated by the Service in response to your input ("Output") may be used by you for your own purposes, including commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You acknowledge that similar or identical Output may be generated for other users, and we make no claim of exclusivity to any particular Output.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose, without restriction or compensation.
Summary: AI is a tool. It can be wrong. You are responsible for verifying anything important before acting on it. The Service is not professional advice.
The Service is provided for general information and productivity assistance only. Outputs do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, legal, medical, psychological, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional for matters requiring specialized expertise.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or fabricated information (commonly called "hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any Output before relying on it, sharing it, publishing it, or acting on it.
We do not warrant that the Service will produce any particular outcome, that Outputs will meet your needs, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You bear full responsibility for any decision, communication, document, transaction, or other action you take based on Outputs from the Service, including any consequences thereof.
Our Privacy Policy, available at makemyaibehave.com/privacy, is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 4.3.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any of the following:
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data after termination, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4.4 (No Refunds), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (AI Limitations and Disclaimers), 8 (Privacy), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) — will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that Outputs will be accurate, that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Statutory Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or applicable U.S. states.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SURVIVAL REFLEX LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Survival Reflex LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Input or your use of Outputs; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial. You agree that any dispute will be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
This Section 13 does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights of consumers in their home jurisdictions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription as described in Section 4.3.
15.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
15.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.5 Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, governmental action, or third-party service failures.
