Make My AI Behave™ (“MMAB”) is an AI assistant service operated at MakeMyAIBehave.com. By using MMAB, you agree to these terms.

New users receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. The trial begins when you confirm your email address. Trial days are counted from the original confirmation date and cannot be reset.

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $20.00/month. Billing is handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

• Users who subscribe during the initial launch period receive permanent Founding Member status with a sequential member ID.
• Founding Members are locked at $20.00/month for 10 years from their upgrade date. This rate will not increase.
• Founding Member status is retained across cancellation and resubscription. Your member ID and pricing guarantee are restored.
• Status is permanently forfeited only upon voluntary account deletion.
• MMAB may add benefits to the Founding Member program but will never reduce or eliminate the pricing guarantee.

MMAB stores conversation context between sessions using Supabase (a hosted database). This memory helps Alfredo remember your preferences and past interactions. Memory data is tied to your account and is not shared with other users. You may request full memory deletion at any time.

You agree not to use MMAB to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform; to impersonate any person or entity; or to interfere with the platform’s operation. MMAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Alfredo is an AI assistant. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. MMAB is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on Alfredo’s responses.

MMAB is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

MMAB’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. MMAB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved individually — you waive any right to class action.

• Account information: first name and email address, provided at signup.
• Conversation memory: context extracted from your chats with Alfredo, stored in Supabase so the AI can remember you across sessions.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details.
• Email communications: we use AWeber to send transactional emails (confirmation links, account notifications). AWeber stores your email address and name for delivery purposes.

To provide the MMAB service: authenticate your identity, deliver AI responses with persistent memory, process payments, and send account-related communications. That’s it.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
• We do not share conversation content with third parties beyond the AI model provider (Anthropic) which processes your messages to generate responses.
• We do not use tracking cookies. The only cookie is a session identifier to keep you logged in.

• Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider. Your messages are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate responses.
• Supabase: hosted database for account records and conversation memory.
• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• AWeber: email delivery for transactional messages.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Your account data and conversation memory are retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is preserved in case you resubscribe. You may request full deletion at any time — we will confirm deletion within 7 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email behave@makemyaibehave.com.

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
