Make My AI Behave™ — Privacy Policy

Summary: We collect what we need to run the Service. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and your data at any time. This Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights — including specific rights under U.S. state laws, UK GDPR, and the EU GDPR.

This Privacy Policy describes how Survival Reflex LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Make My AI Behave service and the Alfredo™ AI assistant (the "Service") at makemyaibehave.com.

For EU and UK users, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required, and notify affected individuals when there is a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to minors. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. More broadly, because eligibility requires users to be at least 18 (see our Terms of Service), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.

Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to the United States or another country not deemed adequate by the European Commission, UK government, or Swiss authority, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and supplementary measures as appropriate.

16. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, every message contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from marketing communications. You will continue to receive transactional emails (account, billing, security) as long as your account is active.

Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications and will honor opt-outs promptly.
